This is a service agreement between [The Dental HyGenius L.L.C.] (the “Developer”) and (Clients Name) (the “Client”).

The Developer agrees to provide services to the Client as outlined in this agreement. The services provided by the Developer shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• dental hygiene business development
• dental business operations development
• create and develop brand and brand strategy
• Brand Design Kit
• revenue generation optimization and maximization
• development and implementation of additional oral health services
• improve efficiency and profitability of existing oral health services
• training and mentoring
• implementation of new technologies as needed
• advise on dental hygiene practice with compliance issues
• provide guidance on legal issues related to running a dental business
• provide and implement strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
